Landing from it takes as long as it takes.

The mystics and sages of old encourage us to walk as authentically as we can - to face reality in the best possible manner we have available. When I started this podcast it wasn't for the likes and shares, but to move out of a comfort zone. One of my favorite bits of words from Rumi sums it up nicely.
"Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?"
